Rev. David Primrose is Vicar of Thornbury and Oldbury-on-Severn, and Chaplain at Oldbury Power Station, representing the Diocese of Gloucester on the General Synod of the Church of England.

As Chair of the Corporate Equalities Forum, he sits on the South Gloucestershire Partnership and he also chairs South Gloucestershire's first local radio station, Thornbury FM. He returned from sabbatical in August 2008, having begun a Ph.D. in the psychology of religion at UWE.

David has tendered his resignation to the partnership as he has been offered a new role in Lichfield and will be moving up there in October 2010.
