Hilary Neal is the Deputy Regional Director at the Government Office for the South West who has special responsibility for managing GOSW's relationship and supporting delivery with partners in South Gloucestershire and other parts of the West of England sub-region. She also takes the lead in GOSW for supporting delivery of the Department for Transport's policies and priorities in the South West and reflecting the region's needs to help shape the Government's transport policies.
