National Autism Campaign “Too much information”

Thttps://sites.southglos.gov.uk/oaof/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=newshe National Autism Society is the leading UK charity for autistic people (including those with Asperger syndrome) and their families.   They provide information, support and pioneering services, and campaign for a better world for autistic people.  You can find out more at www.autism.org.uk

The “Too Much Information” campaign www.autism.org.uk/tmi  aims to increase understanding of autism, as it is felt most people are ‘aware’ of autism, but not enough people understand it.

It focusses on the sensory issues and the overload that many suffer from – which can be information just as much as noise.  Much of the campaign is being carried out on social media – facebook & twitter.

For more information on the campaign, support or getting involved please contact the Autism Society
