Prevention across the life course: implementing prevention strategies that drive real change

An opportunity to receive information on the national drivers for prevention; how to influence central policy; academic work around the unscheduled care arena; and evaluating behavioural change interventions. As well as learn about innovative prevention projects taking place across the South West, from early years interventions to new models of care for adults.
The conference is aimed at health & wellbeing board chairs and vice chairs, GPs, primary care staff, local authority and NHS commissioners in public health, social care and CCGs.
