As you may be aware the council is currently reviewing its arrangements in relation to committee papers. Providing many copies of papers is costly and, quite often, an unnecessary waste of time and money as more and more people view reports and documents on-line. The council’s Democratic Services team who provide administrative support for the partnership family have reviewed the numbers of spare papers that they produce for each meeting and have reduced the number of spare copies available. The spare copies will be for use by members of the public only, officers and partners will be expected to bring their own copy. Large print and other formats will still be available on request when appropriate notice has been given.
